ISA ng certified vegan ang award winning actress na si Nadine Lustre.
Pagbabahagi ni Nadine sa rason kung bakit naging vegan na siya, “It’s really not overnight just because every time people ask, parang they think I [did] it overnight, eh.
“It’s really a process, parang mine, I think I went pescatarian first and then eventually a vegetarian and then went full vegan na.”
Dagdag pa nito, “You really have to give yourself the time and patience to adjust.
“It’s just the most amazing thing. Your connection with animals is different.
“Parang the way you see the world is very different as well.”
At dahil nga sa transition nito sa pagiging vegan ay naramdaman niya na mas lalo siyang lumalakas.
“With my health din I noticed that I am stronger now than I was before especially when I work out.
“Parang I could last longer with sets, I don’t get tired when I do cardio.
“A lot of people would, and this is something that us vegans would always get, na parang people would say na we are weak, we don’t get all the nutrients, all of that stuff.
“That’s really not true and i could 100 percent say na ever since I went vegan, I am just much healthier and much stronger,” sabi pa ni Nadine.
