Iza may takot sa pagpasok ng anak sa showbiz

MAY takot na nararamdaman ang award-winning actress na si Iza Calzado kapag naiisip niya ang pagpasok ng kanyang anak na si Deia Amihan sa mundo ng showbiz.

Sa panayam sa kanya ng  Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, inisa-isa ni Iza ang ilan sa mga maaaring mangyari sa kanyang anak sa showbiz, kabilang na ang posibleng pananamantala ng ibang tao.

Sabi ni Iza, “Ang dami kasing posibilidad. Puwedeng, let’s say, hindi rito sa Pilipinas, wala ang protection ko. Let’s say lang. Somebody taking advantage of her, somebody powerful, these are all possibilities. Or her getting so lost in the lifestyle.

“And, you know, these are possibilities. But, hindi ko kasi siya talaga iniisip Tito Boy, masyado.

Patuloy niya, “Kasi my prayer is this. Because I cannot stop life from happening for her. Not just to her. Life happens for us for a reason. To develop us.

“My prayer is for God to keep her strong. For her to be resilient. So that whatever happens in life, wherever life takes her, babangon at babangon siya,” sabi pa ng celebrity mom.

“Kasi hindi natin po mapipigilan ang kung anuman, ang baraha, ang pag-ikot ng mundo. And my prayer is that she does things with the lightness of being that I got from my father and that I have inside me. Despite the struggles, have that lightness of being,” dagdag pa ni Iza.
