MASUWERTE ang beauty queen-turned-actress na si Precious Lara Quigaman dahil isa siya sa mga artistang malayang makapagtrabaho sa GMA at ABS-CBN.
“Super grateful and blessed that both networks still consider me and trust me to play different characters,” sagot sa amin ni Lara sa tanong kung ano ang pakiramdam na puwede siyang Kapuso at puwede ring Kapamilya.
“Recently, most of my projects are with GMA, the last one last Saturday for ‘Magpakailanman,’ ‘yung ‘Nabulag na Ilaw ng Tahanan: The Jane and Jes Orlino Story.’
“I also did ‘Wish ko Lang’ with Ryan Eigenmann. I also guested in ‘Daig ka ng Lola Ko’ and ‘Imbestigador’ the past two months.”
Tatlong beses nang nagiging guest si Lara sa Magpakailanman.
“The first one was 2006 where I played ‘myself’ in the Precious Lara Quigaman story. The last one was just three months ago with Elijah Alejo, ‘Batang Ina’.”
Sa Enero ay twelve years na silang kasal ng mister niyang aktor na si Marco Alcaraz, ano ang sikreto ng matagal at matibay nilang relasyon?
“Secret- no secret, we only rely on God to keep us together.
“We are not perfect and we acknowledge that so we are able to be patient with another and remembering to forgive as God forgives.
“We fight with each other sometimes but we always remember that we are one (for life) we are a team, so fight for our marriage.”
May tatlong anak na puro lalaki sina Lara at Marco, sina Noah, Tobias, at Moses.
Para kay Lara, ano ang best part of being a mom? Of being a wife?
“Everything!
“I love being a mom and a wife, hindi ko ma-imagine ang sarili ko to be anyone else. The feeling of being needed and meeting those needs and being appreciated by simple kisses and hugs are the best.”
