NAKAKAAWA naman ang mommy ni Nadia Montenegro. Nang mamili kasi sila noong Wednesday, March 4, sa isang kilalang membership shopping store ay nanakawan ito ng wallet ng pitong kalalakihan. At nalimas sa loob lang ng tatlong minuto ang laman ng ATM cards nito.
Sa pamamagitan ng kanyang Facebook live, ikinuwento ni Nadia ang pagnanakaw sa kanyang ina.
Sabi ni Nadia, “Hi, guys. I don’t hardly do this. But this is very scary, and this is not acceptable. This is very unacceptable,” bungad ni Nadia sa kanyang Facebook Live nitong Miyerkoles, March 2, 2022.
“I just got a call an hour ago from my sister that they’re here in [membership shopping store] to go shopping.
“But unfortunately, my mom’s wallet was stolen by a group of seven eople inside [the store].
“We’re here in [membership store] Novaliches.
“My mother is here crying because in three minutes, as soon as she found out her wallet is missing, they reported it to the people here in [membership store].”
Hindi akalain ng ina ni Nadia na mabilis na na-withdraw ang perang nasa dalawang ATM cards niya.
Ang dollar bank account nito ay nakunan ng $1,700, habang ang BDO account nito ay nakunan ng P50,000.
Ang natukoy na pitong kalalakihang pinaghihinalaang nagnakaw ng wallet ng ina ni Nadia ay nakatakas.
“And in three minutes, nakalabas po ‘yung pitong taong nagnakaw ng wallet niya.
“When we called the bank, we called up BDO, we called up the Bank of America,
nalimas po lahat ng pera ng nanay ko.
“And it happened inside [the membership store], a membership club, where I’m waiting now for the police to do an investigation.”
Base pa rin sa Facebook Live ni Nadia, hindi niya agad nakuha ang CCTV footage para makita ang pitong suspek sa pagnanakaw.
“Because I cannot get the CCTV of that seven people. They cannot give me the membership cards of that seven people that entered [the membership store] and stole my mom’s wallet. Nothing.”
Umaasa si Nadia na mareresolbahan agad ang insidenteng pagnanakaw na dinanas ng kanyang ina.
“My mom is crying her eyes out. She lost 1,700 dollars in one account, she lost 50,000 in her BDO, she lost another in all her credit cards that were stolen here inside [the store].
“So, I’m waiting for the police. I will do kung anong legal na dapat gawin.
“Because at this very moment, that seven people that stole my mom’s wallet is still out there celebrating after stealing a P130,000 plus from her.”
Naluhang apela naman ni Nadia sa mga taong nagnakaw ng wallet ng ina: “Tama na po. Magtrabaho po kayo. Lahat tayo may pinagdadaanan.
“Huwag naman natin nakawan ang senior citizen walang kalaban-laban sa loob ng isang mall.”
