Davao City inks deal with SMDC, HLURB for socialized housing project. The Davao City government signed an agreement with SMDC along with HLURB last October 26 to develop Barangay Lasang socialized housing. The project, under the Davao Balai Program, is intended for the relocation of the city’s informal settlers as well as housing for local government employees. The PhP322M pledged by SMDC includes the development of the roads, drainage, and open space facilities of the development.
