Hindi po kami magka-away, there’s no reason for us to be enemies — Janice on Priscilla

ALIW na aliw ang entertainment press sa ginanap na grand presscon ng bagong seryeng Be My Lady nina Erich Gonzales at Daniel Matsunaga mula sa RSB Unit or ni direk Ruel S. Bayani.

Kinulit kasi ni Manay Ethel Ramos ng tanong ang dalawang babaeng minsang minahal at at kasalukuyang minamahal ni John Estrada na kasama sa serye, sina Priscilla Estrada at Janice de Belen.

Pero bago ang slight intriga ay tinanong muna kung ano ang masasabi ni Priscilla na katrabaho niya ngayon ang unang asawa ng asawa niya ngayon?

“Sobra akong na-bless to be able to work with fine actress, I’m so thankful to the Lord and to ABS-CBN and to the whole cast of ‘Be My Lady’ to trust me, you know to this kind of job, ang tapang nila, eh, to pair me with Ms. Janice.

“I don’t think that I could be happier because Ms. Janice is very professional, she’s Ms. Janice de Belen, so while were doing the scenes, I’m observing her and this was my on the spot workshop, I was very happy, I was very amaze, amuse the way she acts, the way she deliver her job and her lines.

“And you know, the very first time that we met on the set, she was very courteous, just like a bliss to be watch, she’s really good and I don’t think that’s she wouldn’t be that kind of title if she’s not that talented,” papuri ni Priscilla kay Janice.

Hiningan naman ng reaksiyon si Janice.

“Ano bang maisasagot ko roon, hindi mata-top ng sasabihin ko, thank you, thank you,” masayang sabi ng aktres.

Sabay sabi pa, “hindi po kami magkaaway, parang hindi ko tuloy maintindihan kung bakit sobrang big deal sa lahat ng tao that were going to work together, hindi po kami magka-away, there’s no reason for us to be enemies.

“And actually, noong tinanong sa akin ni direk Ruel ‘yan, noong sinabi niya sa akin if it’s okay to work with Priscilla, sabi ko, ‘wala namang problema, bakit naman magiging problema?’

“So, the first day of work na magkasama kami ni Priscilla, siyempre lahat ng tao alam ko nakikiramdam sila kung may magsasapakan ba o magkakagulo ba.

“You know, I did my best to make her feel comfortable not because I was there but because it’s her first time (act).”

Sundot ng present wife ni John, “at kami talaga ang magkasama (magka-eksena) sa first week.”

Sabi rin ni Janice, “ano kami, Jan-Pri (loveteam) sa first week, pero JAN (ini-spell ni Janice).”

At nagkawatawanan ang lahat ng tao sa 9501 Restaurant.
