SIR Jerry check mo ‘yung project PICC rehab almost Php200M contract nakuha ni Gov. Tallado – Cam Norte under Vinhar Construction which the governor owns, he is liberal member and almost complete na ‘yung project. And also last Dec 2014 before Christmas na-discover ng Pasay City Hall walang building permit at in 2 days after staff of Gov. Tallado approach staff of Mayor Calixto, the City government provided express building permit in exchange for Php2M, Php3m. ‘Yung request nagkasundo sa Php2M all sources from one of Gov.
