“Illegal operation of registration ‘yan. Falls under the radio control law. The directive is given to our regulation branch to do the investigation na.

“Wala pa kaming equipment to track down, wala pa, may kamahalan,” sabi ni Cabarios sa News5.

“We coordinated with telco, walang ganoong ipinadala ang NDRRMC. So, therefore hindi ‘yan galing sa NDRRMC at hindi dumaan sa network nila. Most probably hindi pa natin kino-conlcude, most probably galing yan sa portable cell sites illegally operated,” ani Cabarios.

The illegal use of the emergency blast was done at a time when Bongbong Marcos was filing his COC and is viewed as among the many demolition jobs unleashed by those who obviously want to frustrate his candidacy.”

Para kay Text Alert Law author dating Bayan Muna Rep. Neri Colmenares, “Either ginagamit ng BBM camp ang emergency SMS facility ng gobyerno or they are misprepresenting as an emergency alert what is clearly a political ad.”

“Whoever did this, has to be held accountable. This is a reprehensible strategy, and it should not be replicated by anyone,” ayon kay Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez.

“And I hope that the relevant agencies will move heaven and earth to find out who did this and hold them to account,” giit ni Jimenez.
