Pater Noster hitik sa aksiyon, pagiging ama tinalakay

PALABAS na sa mga sinehan ang Pater Noster na nagkaroon ng premiere kamakailan.

Excited pero nerbiyos na nerbiyos ang sumulat ng script nito na si Raymond Diamzon na siya ring katulong ng direktor na si Moutaz Kotrob na mailagay ito sa big screen.

Ang take ni Raymond sa kanilang pelikula na ang mga pangunahing tauhan ay sina Arron Villaflor at Archie Adamos.

“My comeback project as a movie screenwriter, #PaterNosterMovie, had its successful grand premiere night on March 23 at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City. 

“Finally, after many years of excitement and uncertainty, all the hardworking people behind this film, led by the indefatigable director Moutaz Kotrob and producer Beck Kotrob, converged to celebrate dedication, talent, and the vocation to empower moviegoers.

“Pater Noster (Our Father) dramatizes how one fulfils fatherhood – its ideals, boundaries, and promises. Starring Arron Villaflor, Archi Adamos, and Kayley Carrigan, this action-drama masterpiece explores how a criminal kingpin selects and controls who inherits the mantle of his legacy between two children – one who’s hesitant and one who aspires for it. As the father manipulates – figuratively and literally – the blood of his heir of choice, their saga answers the question: in a family bound by tradition, is there something thicker than blood?

“Similarly, my journey in this project required me to answer one question – paano ba maging ama? When I accepted it in 2023 to revise and transform as a Filipino movie, it felt like fatherhood – one that demanded attention until the project could “walk on its own.” 

“When my providential reunion with its originators and producers took place early this year, I interpreted it as God’s call to nurture this “child” that I have helped bring forth to the world. And so I did and faced, and still is, the growing pains of this project. 

“Today, our “child” faces the paying public as Pater Noster screens in 90 theaters nationwide. My feeling right now is no different to a parent sending his kid to kindergarten to face the world alone. May I fulfil my fatherhood fruitfully with you all, and may I become a father to many more children in God’s mighty time.

Nakita rin namin si KitKat sa premiere nito na all out ang suporta kay Arron.

Sana nga, hindi pagkaitan ng mga manonood ng kanilang panahon ang hitik sa aksyong pelikula.  

Sa dalawang may kakaibang perspektibo ng Syrian (American) director. At ng Pinoy screenwriter. Sa pagtahak sa isang daanan at matumbok ang sagot sa kung paano nga ba ang maging isang ama!
