Brainchild po ito bayan ni Cristopher Sanji, Station Manager of Royal Cable TV-6, at the same time ang Presidente ng aming bagong ta-tag na asosasyon ng mga media practitioner sa Calabarzon at Minaropa. Si Mayor Afuang po ang Chairman  of the Board at Vice Chairman si Cris Sanji.

Mission:

Southern Tagalog Broadcast- Journalist Association is organized upbringing the quality of both journalism and broadcasting most especially in community media with CALABARZON and MIMAROPA and intestifying the quality  of media men who will serve as fiscalizers of social change in the region which will report the news objectively, fairly and accurately. It also fostered camaraderie and fellowship among its members for personality developtment and values formation which help in fortifying alliance and linkages in preparation for a bigger and wider scope of media sector.
