Paolo Contis, kinilig sa regalo ni Jose Mari Chan

NAUWI sa isang nakaka-touch na pag-alala sa ama ni Paolo Contis ang kanilang kumustahan ni Jose Mari Chan sa GMA Artist Center online show na Just In.

 

Tinanong ng tinaguriang Father of Philippine Christmas Music si Paolo kung saan nagmula ang apelyido nitong Contis.

 

Sagot ni Paolo, “My father was Italian, sir.”

 

Ibinahagi rin ni Paolo na pumanaw ang kanyang ama sa edad na 66 years old. “Sixty six, he had cancer. He had a good fight. He fought for 8 years.”

 

Pagkatapos marinig ang istorya ni Paolo, nagsabi si Jose na may ipadadala siyang regalo para sa kanya at kanyang ina.

 

Aniya, “Paolo, this is what I am gonna do for you and your mom. I am going to put together maybe two or three CDs of my favorite canzone, Italian songs. I will give that to you and I want you to invite your mom, while you’re having dinner while you’re together, play all those songs in memory of your late father.”

 

“Thank you! She would love it! Kinikilig ako!” sagot ni Paolo.
