PINABULAANAN ng tagapangulo ng Public Information Committee ng PDP Laban na si Ronwald F. Munsayac na may magaganap na National Assembly ng partido sa 28 Hulyo 2018 na lumabas sa paid advertisement ng isang tabloid kahapon.
Ayon kay Munsayac, peke ang National Assembly na ipinatawag ng grupo nina Rogelio “Bicbic” Garcia at Abbin Dalhani.
“We in the National Headquarters of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino – Lakas ng Bayan (PDP Laban) have received reports that certain individuals pretending to be Party leaders and/or members are holding meetings which include discussions of a so-called Party assembly and an increase in membership fees,” ayon sa pahayag ni Munsayac.
Inilinaw niya na walang pahintulot ang grupo nina Garcia at Dalhani mula sa liderato ng PDP Laban kabilang sina National Chairman, President Rodrigo Duterte; President, Senator Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III; at Secretary General, Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez na magpatawag ng anumang pulong, asembleya o event sa ngalan ng partido.
“We ask the public and Party members to beware of these impostors and report their activities to the National Headquarters,” dagdag ni Munsayac. “Any PDP Laban event can also be verified with the NHQ, which can be reached via phone number (02) 264 6111, via email through [email protected], and through Facebook at @partidoPDPLABAN.”
